A quick programme to help you take charge of your future

The consultancy profession is well established and opportunities to join it range from the one-person business through small and medium sized 'boutique' companies to the multi-nationals.  The career consultant at the start of their career is a very different individual from the one who emerges at the top of their profession a number of years later, and yet the seeds of their success are sown in those early days.

Whether you have just started out in your career or are well established, it is worthwhile taking stock of your day-to-day approach and refining it from time-to-time.

These three 90 minute workshops help you do just that.  We begin by looking at your place in the industry, your career so far, and where it is going.

We look at different approaches to consultancy and see whether there are lessons to be learnt by applying insights from other areas.

We look at your personal brand - internal and external - and how you market yourself.

The sessions are interactive and practical.  The outcomes to the business are greater definition, greater focus, and greater success.  The individual gets the chance to explore their future, what they must do to make it realistic, and which aspects of their brand and marketing need to be revamped for success.

This programme is a good way to rejuvenate in-house staff, to give targeted support to consultants on general business programmes, or to focus the minds of new entrants (graduate schemes etc).

Why not give me a call to see how we could structure a programme for your organisation?
