Welcome. The following 'stand alone' courses have all been developed through my leadership and organisation development or workplace chaplaincy activities.  They have different formats for different audiences, and are offered in-house and as public courses.  They also work well as modules of other programmes, such as in-company leadership training, and formal MBA courses.  Click on the name to learn more about the course.

If one of them might be suitable for a group within your organisation, give me a call or send an email - I can probably help you to find a simple way of achieving this.

Their call is no surprise, because you've kept in touch with them ever since. They want your advice... If you want to nurture your relationships, and build an body of ambassadors... Now, suppose I said there is a way to manage your company's reputation despite these tough times, to maintain the morale of staff who leave your organisation (and encourage those that stay), to build a pool of potential future employees and of grass-roots ambassadors for the business, to provide a source of relevant innovative ideas and an extended network of referrers of business opportunities, and all this for very little outlay... would you be interested?

Politicians urged to use the economic crisis to fight climate change and eliminate poverty

With Oxfordshire-based, Dr Graham Wilson, as moderator, they explored the relationship between the current economic collapse, poverty, and the Green economy. He explained; "Governments around the world have followed the UK lead by increasing public spending to promote economic growth. What we were able to demonstrate was that, by focusing this spending on the 'big issues' of climate and poverty, Governments can achieve a three-fold benefit rather than pursuing one that merely props up already exhausted markets."...
